Payment
Payment is due upon checkout. Payments made with Echeck on PayPal will not ship until payment has cleared, which normally takes 4-5 business days. No items will be created until payment is received.
 
Production Time
Current turn-around time is approximately 2 weeks.  
 
Holiday Deadlines
In order to ensure that I have time to make and ship your holiday gifts (within the U.S.) in time for gift-giving, please adhere to order deadlines. 
2017 Deadlines - Nov. 1, 2017 for international orders
                            Dec. 4, 2017 for US orders
 
 
Shipping
U.S. orders that ship via U.S.P.S Priority Mail are  usually delivered within 2-3 days after shipment.
U.S. First class orders typically arrive within 2-7 days of shipment.
 
International orders ship via U.S.P.S. First Class
mail and can take 2-3 weeks for delivery, in
addition to production time.  Please keep this in
mind when placing orders with a specific deadline.

Insurance is the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact me if you would like to purchase insurance. I package items as carefully as I can, however, once the package enters the mail system, I cannot be responsible. Please contact me to purchase insurance for your order.

Rush Orders
If you need your item sooner than the listed turn-around time, a minimum $15 rush fee will apply.  This fee does not apply toward the cost of shipping.  The availability of this option will vary depending on the volume of orders at the time your order is placed.  During busy times, rush orders may not be accepted (i.e. holidays such as Christmas shopping season, Mother's Day, Father's Day). Please send a message if you need help meeting a special deadline.
 
Refunds and Exchanges
All Sales Are Final.
Due to the custom nature of the items in my shop, refunds are not granted. 
Please contact me if you have a problem.  Problems that arise due to poor care or normal wear of your jewelry may be replaced at the customer's expense.
