Heavy Metalz Studio began in 2008 by creating hand stamped sterling silver jewelry. Over the years, we have added in more methods of creating jewelry and expanded our product line to include cast charms made in our studio. Hats for women and men and apparel and stickers have also been added to our shop.

Current turn-around time is approximately 2 weeks.
U.S. Holiday Deadlines
In order to ensure sufficient time to make and ship your holiday gifts (within the U.S.) in time for gift-giving, please adhere to order deadlines.
2024 Deadlines -
Valentine's Day - January 31, 2024
Mother's Day - April 30, 2024
Father's Day - May 31, 2024
Christmas - Dec. 6, 2024 for U.S. orders; (Nov. 15th for International orders)
Shipping
Your order ships to the address you enter at checkout. Please be sure that your address is correct. We are not responsible for shipping, replacement or refunds if you give us the wrong address.
U.S. orders that ship via U.S.P.S Priority Mail are usually delivered within 2-3 business days after shipment.
U.S. First class orders typically arrive within 2-7 business days after shipment.
International orders ship via U.S.P.S. First Class
mail and can take 2-3 weeks for delivery, in
addition to production time. Please keep this in
mind when placing orders with a specific deadline.

Insurance is the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact me if you would like to purchase insurance. I package items as carefully as I can, however, once the package enters the mail system, I cannot be responsible. Please contact me to purchase insurance for your order.
Rush Orders
If you need your item sooner than the listed turn-around time, a rush fee will apply. This fee does not apply toward the cost of shipping. The availability of this option will vary depending on the volume of orders at the time your order is placed. During busy times, rush orders may not be accepted (i.e. holidays such as Christmas shopping season, Mother's Day, Father's Day). Please send a message if you need help meeting a special deadline.
Refunds and Exchanges
All Sales Are Final.
Due to the custom nature of the items in my shop, refunds are not granted.
Please contact me if you have a problem. Problems that arise due to poor care or normal wear may be replaced at the customer's expense.
